Independent Sales Representative — Construction SaaS

Independent contractor · Commission-based · Fully remote

Own the East Coast — the densest concentration of public-tender construction activity in the country, from New England down through the Southeast.

Own outbound sales to construction companies that bid on public tenders in your region — from first outreach through demo, free trial, and paid conversion. You run your own pipeline and hours; we supply qualified leads, product demos, and direct access to the founding team.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn — to construction companies in your region with a documented history of bidding on public tenders. Your playbook, your style.
  • Book and run product demos, then guide prospects through the 14-day free trial to a paid subscription.
  • Work from qualified lead lists we provide, so you spend your time selling to real prospects — not cold-guessing fit.

What we provide

  • Qualified lead lists — companies actively submitting public tenders in your territory.
  • Product demos, sales materials, and a fast feedback loop with no layers of management.
  • Direct access to the founding team and a bilingual (EN/FR) product built for US and Canadian procurement.

Compensation

Commission per closed deal, on first-year contract revenue. Commissions are paid once the customer's payment clears (billed through Stripe).

Enterprise — from $3,000/month Flat 20% of first-year revenue — $7,200+ per closed deal.
Business — annual plan $1,200 per closed deal.
Professional — monthly plan $100 on the first month, then $25/month — roughly $375 over year one.

This is a commission-only role to start, with the upside concentrated in Business and Enterprise deals. For representatives who close consistently, we're open to discussing a retainer or expanded terms.

Who we're looking for

  • Fluent, professional-level command of your region's language (see above).
  • B2B sales experience — SaaS or the construction industry strongly preferred.
  • Big plus: hands-on experience with public tenders or RFPs. If you've lived through a 300-page tender dossier, you'll sell this in your sleep.
  • Self-directed — you manage your own pipeline and hours within US business hours.

About Offra

Offra is AI tender-analysis software for construction companies that bid on public tenders. It reads the full tender dossier, extracts every requirement and deadline, and checks the bid against the company's own knowledge before submission — fully bilingual, built for US and Canadian procurement. Offra is founded by a French-Canadian entrepreneur and operated by Consuly Pte. Ltd. (Singapore); from August 2026 the founder is based in London to overlap with North American hours and support the sales team directly. We're glad to arrange a video call before you commit to anything.
