Scope
School District Name is seeking qualified firms to provide Project Title. We will currently need one postage meter machine that can handle between 6000-7000 pieces annually. We typically process 20-30 pieces per day and have two bulk mailings a year where we process 500-600 pieces in a week. The intial term of 60 months with the option for an annual renewal to be exercised at the School Districts
