The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), Signature Physics Branch (SPB) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Exploration Instruments LLC under the authority provided at RFO 12.102(a). Requirement: The TEM2Go geophysical scanner shall fulfill the following specifications:
